Hediye Sertifikası The SPA’dan, sevdiklerinizi şımartacak hediyeler için The SPA resepsiyonu ile iletişime geçebilirsiniz. Konaklama Odanızda Masaj Hizmeti Tercihinize göre, %30 ek ücretle odanızda da masaj hizmeti alabilirsiniz. Yaş Sınırlamaları 12 yaşın altındaki misafirlerimize tesislerimizdeki imkanlar ve bakım hizmetleri için bir yetişkinin eşlik etmesi gerekmektedir. Çocukları 0 -12 yaş aralığında olan misafirlerimiz için kapalı havuz ve The Spa tesislerinden yararlanabilmeleri için belirli saatler ayrılmıştır: Pazartesi - Pazar 09:00 - 19:00 Rezervasyonlar ve İptaller Tercih ettiğiniz zaman diliminde, dilediğiniz hizmetten rahatça yararlanabilmeniz için The Spa bakımlarınızı önceden planlamanızı önerir, en az üç gün önceden randevu almanızı tavsiye ederiz. Randevu için +90 212 381 41 60 numaralı telefonu arayabilir veya aşağıdaki e-posta adresinden The Spa ile iletişime geçebilirsiniz: spa.bosphorus@fourseasons.com Rezervasyonlarınızı iptal etmeniz ya da yeniden planlamanız gerekirse, iptal ücretini önlemek için bakım saatinden 6 saat önce aramanız gereklidir.
Reservations and Cancellations The Spa will welcome walk-in guests based on availability, but we recommend making reservations at least three days in advance in order to accommodate your request. For an appointment, please contact The Spa directly on +90 212 381 41 60, or via email at the following address; spa.bosphorus@fourseasons.com. For maximum convenience and flexibility, we recommend you schedule your spa treatments in advance to ensure your preferred time and service are available. We would like to inform you that should you need to cancel or re-schedule your reservations, please kindly call us 6 hours before the treatment time to avoid our cancellation fees. Age Requirements Guests under the age of 12 years need to be accompanied by an adult for all treatments and facilities. Specific hours for the indoor pool and other spa facilities have been allocated to families with children between the ages of 0 - 12. Monday to Sunday 09:00 - 19:00 In-Room Massage Suitable massage choices can be applied in the room with 30% additional charge to your treatment price.
