OVERVIEW OF THE PROGRAM
Superintendents oversee all activities to successfully complete projects of varying complexity. They work in collaboration with the project team to produce a quality project on time and within budget.
In this Continuous Improvement 1-day event, field engineers, assistant superintendents and superintendents, from all regions, will gather to review core processes and share solutions to challenges they face in the field. They will learn from our internal subject matter experts on how to make better use of systems and processes to ensure success on every project.
