Instructional Support Professionals: +2.00 Paraprofessionals Based on an annual review of student Individual Education Program (IEP) needs, the Director of PAWS and the Director of Student Services have recommended the following movement of staff: Paraprofessional (-1.00 FTE) Moved to Hardy Paraprofessional (-1.00 FTE) Moved to Hardy Paraprofessional (+1.00 FTE) Moved from Wellesley High School Paraprofessional (+1.00 FTE) Moved from Wellesley High School Paraprofessional (+1.00 FTE) Student Support Paraprofessional (+1.00 FTE) Student Support +1.00 Teaching Assistant The PAWS building has space for six (6) classrooms. Three (3) additional classrooms are operated in elementary schools based on available space. In SY’24-25, the three satellite classrooms are located at Sprague Elementary School. Since Sprague is expected to have one (1) additional section in SY’25-26, the PAWS satellite classrooms will need to be divided across two elementary schools which will limit the ability to share a teaching assistant across the satellite classrooms.
