The Clubs fi nd an open doo r and a hea rty \\' elcome in the churches a ll up and clown th e Pacific Coast . XXII. Practical Work As the whole aim of the In stitute is to turn out workers who are practical, the inst ruct; on g iven in the class room is at once tran slated into practice, as a par t of the training . Student s are required to attend and assist in missions, street mee tings, tent meetings, to visit people in their homes. to conduct adult B ibl e classes and Sunday school classes, and to engage in va ri ous other forms of aggress;ve Chri stian work, and always with their eyes open fo r opportuni t ies for personal work. These assignments are made by the Superin tendents, a nd every student is required to hand in each week a wri tten report of their work. A weekly report meet ing is held at which the work of the preceding week is surveyed and difficulti es di scussed . T hi s is one of the most practical, help f ul , and inspirational hours of the week.
