A st\ldent may not transfer irorn one course to another after some work has been reported on t he fir st cou rse. ] n cases where the course has been all owed to lapse. and the stud ent ha s not responded to inquiri es . his name is dropped from the list of regul a r ly enroll ed stud ents. but may be rei nstated by pay ing an additi ona l fee of SO cents. If a stud ent is dropping t he studi es. and wishes to rece iYe the bal ance of papers fo r reference. he should noti fy the secretan· and req ue ·t the fo rwarding of all papers.
