POST-GRADUATE MISSIONARY MEDICAL COURSE
In addition to a thorough knowledge of the Bible and its related subjects, the mis s ionary who goes into remote areas needs to know how to maintain his own health and to meet emergencies when no professional help is available. Courses are arranged in their sequence and duration to give basic theoretical knowledge as well as prac tical information. In addition , clinics are held, visits are made to various health centers for observation, and actual experience is gained by daily service in the various hos pitals. The teaching staff consists of competent Christian physicians and nurses who are specialists in their respective fields. The course covers two semesters of sixteen credrt hours each. A certificate is given for the completion of the course.
