BIBLE INSTI TU TE OF LOS ANGEL ES

Correspondence Courses Instruction by correspondence long since cea.sed to be an experiment and took a well-earned place as a duly accred ited method of education. If it lacks the personal touch of the class-room, it has some advantages that the class-room does not have. It intensifies originality, gives more time for con sideration, and increases determination. The Bible Institute of Los Angeles offer to men and women who are providentially hindered from attending the Bible Institute, several very practical courses to be taken by cor respondence. All are designed with the tho1wht of driving the student to the \Vorel of Goel itself, and causing him to work out for himself the Scripture teachings. They are not courses of reading. They are tools with which to work. Each course is printed in loose-leaf fo rm, punched for binder, and a substant ial binder will be furnished at small cost. Questions, with Scripture references to supply the answers, are frequently employed. Statements are partly formu lated, leav ing the student to complete them. Other method s are used to promote original ity in the student.
