FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT (FSA) As an employee at BlueSteel, you have the option to participate in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) through Medcom. An FSA allows you to set aside pre-tax money from your paycheck to pay for a variety of eligible Health Care and Dependent Care expenses. The annual amount you can set aside in your Flexible Spending Accounts is as follows:

$5,000 (OR $2,500 if married, filing separately)
A debit card will be issued to any employees that elect an FSA account. However, you will manually have to submit claims when they do not equal an insurance copay, or if the provider and reoccurring transaction is not on file with Medcom.
