People do things for people they like. Get your bandit signs and get them out. This is very important. These signs make the phone ring. Be constantly aware of new locations for signs. Ask where people who call saw your signs. Learn the ones that work and leave them alone. Move the ones that don’t generate phone calls to new areas. When you get the calls, use what you’ve learned in this book to deal with them. Use the lead information sheet and the profit formula. Always be working your way toward an offer that you KNOW will have your profits built-in on the front-end. You want to make your money and your investors’ money going in. Everyone loves a great deal, and you are going strive to exceed your buyer’s expectations. If you are able to do this on a regular basis, you will have more buyers than you can handle. Don’t make offers that aren’t going to have a chance of acceptance, and don’t make offers that don’t have the right profit built-in.
