little real value and often times a decided hindrance in the work of the ministry. But there will be constant reference in the study of the E.ngli sh Bible to the Greek of the New Testament and the Hebrew of the Old Testament; and, if enough students wish to take up the study of the Greek New Testament ( not New Testament Greek) and do hard and thorough work, oppor­ tun ities will be given for such study. In such cases, the read­ ing of whole books of the New Testament in Greek will be required. There will be a study of the great words of the Greek New Testament and a study of the pivotal chapters, and a study of the great texts in the original languages with a view to their use in sermoni zing. An idea of some of the important phases of the work in the Three Yea r Cou rse will be derived from examining the Course in The Philosophy of the Chri st ian Religion as given on page 30, and also the other parts of the two year course .
