Information for Intended Students Those who desire to become students of the Bible Institute should write to the Student Secretary for an application form, and aft_er having filled it out by answering all the questions carefully, should return it to him. No one will be enrolled as a student n?1til the references given have been heard fr om. The mere filling out of the form of application does not necessarily imply acceptance of the applicant. If the references and the application prove sat isfacto ry, the applicant will be notified promptly. There are several lines of railroads entering Lo.; Angeles, corning in at different stations, and it is impossible to meet students at the trains. On reaching Los Angeles, inquiry should be made as to the trolley line leading to the Institute. The Institute is located at 536-558 South Hope St. , a few doors from the corner of \!Vest Sixth St. Direct lines of trol ley from some of the stations, pass the corner of Sixth and Hope Sts., and from all other stations, cars can be taken, fro1,1 which transfers can be had to the trolleys passing uear the In stitute. Students corning to the Institute, although foey will not be met at the train, should notify the Superi11kndent of Men or Women as the case may be, by what road they are corning, and the time their train is scheduled to reach Los Angeles. Entrance Requirements The minimum age at which young men and women will be admitted to the Institute is eigh teen. Those coming to the Institute must be in reasonably sound health. All applicants should have a common school education, or its equivalent. Oftent imes a business training is equivalent, or more than an equivalent, to a common school education. Moreover, there are men and women whose English education is very deficient, but who have certain gifts that qualify them · for many forms of Chri stian work, and they are often used to
