Tuition Fees There are no tuiti on fees; but for private lessons in vocal and instrumental music th ere is a nomina l charge as fo llows : Voice, piano and violin ___ __________________ ______ _ $1.00 Pipe organ -- --------- ---- ------ ------------ --- -- _________ 3.00 Students' wives, hu sbands, or children, and missionaries on furlough will also be granted these rates. Registration Fee There is a regi strati on fee of one dollar ($1.00) a term. This is payable on the Registrat ion Day of each term, before the student 's class schedule is made out. Th e Cashier's receipt must be presented to the Registrar. This fee will not be re­ funded in case a student leaves the Institute. Hospital and Nurse's Fund Eve ry registered student, rooming in the main or ad ja­ cent Institute buildings and boarding in the students' dining room, is required to contribute two dollars ($2.00) a term to the Hospital and Nurse's Fund. This entitles the student to the services of the res ident nurse in cases not requiring hosp i­ tal care. Where the student must go to the hosp ital, the F und will defray the cha rge for room and board in one of the bes t hospitals in the city, to the amount of eighty dollars ($80.00). This does not include phys icians' fee s, charges for surgical operations, ambulance se rvice, or med·:c1nes. Illness clue to chronic conditions existing be fo re entering the Inst itute, or accidents due to ca relessness or reckl essness, will not entitl e a student to the pri vileges of the F und . In case of an epidemic, the Fund will be used as fa r as it wi ll go, when a furth er contribution will be necessa ry. Registered students rooming in the In st itute dormitori es, but not boarding in the student s' dining room, are required to contribute one dollar ( $1.00) a term to the fund , which en­ titles them to the services of the nurse in cases of slight ill­ ne ss, but not to the Hospital service .
