Information for Intending Students Those who desire to become students of the Bible Institute should write to the Student Sec retary fo r an appl icat ion form, and a ft_er havi ng fill ed it out by answering a ll the questions carefu ll y, should return it to him. No one will be enrolled as a student 1mtil the references given have been heard from. The mere filling out of the form of appl ication does not necessari ly imply accepta nce of t he applicant. If the references and the app licati on prove sati sfactory, the applicant wi ll be notified promptly. There are several lines of railroads entering Lo.; Angeles, coming in at different stations, and it is impossible to meet students at the trains. On reaching Los Angeles, inquiry should be made as to the trolley line leading to the Institute. The Institute is located at 536-558 South Hope St. , a few doors from the corner of ·west Sixth St. Direct lines of trol­ ley from some of the stations, pass the corner of Sixth and Hope Sts., and from all other stations , cars can be taken, fr01r1 which transfers can be had to the trolleys passing 11ear the In­ stitute. Students coming to the Institute, although they will not be met at the train, should notify the Superi11tcndent of Men or Women as the case may be, by what road they are coming, and the time their train is sched uled to reach Los Angeles. Entrance Requirements The minimum age at which young men and women wi ll be admitted to the Institute is eighteen. Those coming to the Insti tute must be in reasonably sound health. All applicant s shoul d have a common school education, or its equivalent. Oftentimes a business training is equivalent, or more than an equivalent, to a common school education. Moreove r, there are men and women whose Engli sh education is very deficient, but who have ce rtain gifts that qua lify them for many forms of Chri st ian work, and they are often used to
