Building an orchestra is critical to creating their best performance. This includes the starting orchestra and replacing instrumentalists during the lifecycle of their existence. Getting the right players in the right seat at the right time can make or break performance. And inspired performances require more than just being able to play an instrument.

STRATEGIC ARTICULATION
The best performances start with an extraordinary composition. The conductor’s score includes what each instrumentalist will play and each of them has sheet music that they can read uniquely to play their part of a great performance. Writing a composition with the audience and instrumentalists in mind creates the most moving performance.
