POST-GRADUATE MISSIONARY MEDICAL COURSE

In addition to a thorough knowledge of the Bible and its related subiects, the mis­ sionary who goes into remote areas needs to know how to maintain his own health and to meet emergencies when no professional help is available. Courses are arranged tn their sequence and duration to give basic theoretical knowledge as well as prac­ tical information In addition, clinics are held, visits are made to various health centers for observation, and actual experience is gained by daily service in the various hos­ pitals. The teaching staff consists of competent Christian physicians and nurses who are specialists in their respective fields The course covers two semesters of sixteen credit hours each A certificate is given for the completion of the course .
