Breeding Guarantee: 1st season 90-day breeding guarantee. I6 any problems arise noti6y breeder in a timely manner and we guarantee we will work with you to meet your satisfactions as we want to keep you the customer happy. All bulls will be 6eed 6ree o6 charge 6rom sale day to when the bulls are delivered. During the last week o6 April they will be semen tested and given a breeding soundness exam. The bulls will be guaranteed breeders 6or a 90 day breeding period. They will continue to be out on grass in a large pasture. We have been using this practice 6or our bulls 6or several years. I 6eel by doing this we are preparing them 6or soundness and 6or many breeding seasons to come. We will then make arrangements to deliver the bulls 6ree o6 charge starting the beginning o6 May and depending on the timely manner o6 springs work. Sale Terms & Conditions: Dispute amongst bidders will be settled by the auctioneer by reopen- ing the bidding among parties involved. The auctioneer’s decision shall be 9nal. Again this year we will be broadcasting the sale via DVAuction and 6or those who cannot attend the sale, we will honor a phone order and guarantee your phone purchase to meet your request when inspected personally by you. Bulls will be sold to the highest bidder. We would love to see you at our sale but we understand i6 you are unable to attend.
