For infor- mation, visit signode.com . AF&PA: Q3 Boxboard Production Up 10 Percent The American Forest & Paper Association (AF&PA) released the Q3 2024 Boxboard report. Total Boxboard production in Q3 in- creased 10 percent compared to Q3 2023. The boxboard operating rate was 89 per- cent, up 8.1 points from the same quarter last year and up 3.2 points year-to-date. Solid Bl. Folding – Domestic produc- tion increased 18 percent compared to Q3 2023. Solid Bleached Boxboard unmade or- ders were down 3 percent compared to the end of the previous quarter and in- creased 62 percent compared to Septem- ber 2023.
