I am eager to provide an update on the state of All County Paving and how the company has begun to transform since the adoption of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) with Blomberg Consultants in September 2018. With the assistance of Tsila Blomberg, Richard Charron, and Michael Wills, we have begun to understand our current processes and procedures and where the deficiencies lie.  Together as a team, All County Paving has achieved great accomplishments.  In order to build the company to our highest potential, we must gain total understanding of the steps we need to take in order to achieve our next level of success. With the support of Blomberg Consultants, we have created four Kaizen Teams to begin working on the processes and procedures across multiple departments within the company.  The teams created thus far include: Sales, Estimating, Information Management, and Field Employee Participation.  These teams have already begun to implement procedural changes in a short amount of time. I invite you to continue to read inside the newsletter for details on how they are contributing to the changes in All County Paving.
