2018 , marked a number of milestone achievements and successes for SLND , setting us firmly on the path of even better 2019 .
We witnessed a significant increase in our revenues and ADR in 2018 . TrustYou scores also demonstrates great guest service in all the departments
Owning to this , we were recognized by leading industry publications for providing the highest level of guest services . We recently bagged a distinguished industry award and were named ' Best Business Hotel ' by Travel + Leisure Magazine . On a global level , Shangri - La Group is poised for great future in 2019 . In fact , one of the key messages from Ms . Hui Kuok is the Shangri - La Group will continue to embrace technology and invest in our human capital . While the transformation will help the group to stay ahead , more importantly , it will create more opportunities for colleagues to enhance their skills and to further enrich and build their careers with the group .
