DELIVERY POLICY
We have outlined our delivery arrangements and pricing below and we encourage each of you to review the details. Please stop by our check out counter prior to leaving the sale to coordinate delivery plans on your animals. If you are not onsite on sale day, Craig will be in touch with you within a week of the sale to coordinate the delivery of your purchases.We appreciate your patience and assistance when organizing delivery. DELIVERY PRICING As always, we will continue to offer free delivery to CENTRAL POINTS in South Dakota and North Dakota. For all other states, delivery will be charged to CENTRAL POINTS per head based on the pricing outlined on the map below. Pricing will be charged based on your physical address. Delivery charges will be added to each invoice at check out, unless you plan to load out within 7 days of the sale. CENTRAL POINTS All deliveries will be organized to CENTRAL POINTS within the state. Delivery will NOT be organized to your home or ranch. Loads are delivered by semi truck and require drop off points along their route with a loading chute and location to house livestock.You are expected to meet the semi truck driver at the central drop-off point as communicated by them. Central points for delivery include auction barns, vet clinics, and other locations determined by the semi truck driver at the time of delivery. Pricing to these central points will be charged to you based on your physical address. The driver will be given your contact information and will communicate with you regarding the drop off time and location. FEEDING ARRANGEMENTS If you are not ready to receive your animals when we plan to deliver to your area, feeding arrangements are available for a charge of $3.50 per day per animal. Please coordinate these feeding arrangements after the sale. We ask for your cooperation in arranging dates and the pick up of your cattle at central delivery points within your state.This will keep the cattle from being on the semi truck longer than necessary and help to get your animals to you with the least possible stress and in the best possible condition.We appreciate your understanding of our delivery policy and look forward to working with you on the delivery of your cattle.
