Exploring values… What is important to me? Values are the things we believe are important in life. They help define who we are and how we behave. For example, if you value kindness, you are more likely to be kind to others and feel upset when others are not kind. Sometimes, we behave in ways that are not consistent with our values which can leave us feeling bad about ourselves. Have a look at the list below. Which of these values are important to you?
