Amended by Ord. 2025-002 §12 on 3/28/2025 18.60.060 Dimensional Standards In an RR-10 Zone, the following dimensional standards shall apply:
A. Lot coverage shall not exceed 30 percent of the lot area. B. No structure shall be erected or enlarged to exceed 30 feet in height, except as allowed under DCC 18.120.040. C. Minimum lot area shall be 10 acres, except planned and cluster developments shall be allowed an equivalent density of one unit per 7.5 acres. Planned and cluster developments within one mile of an acknowledged urban growth boundary shall be allowed a five-acre minimum lot area or equivalent density. For lots or parcels separated by new arterial rights of way, an exemption shall be granted pursuant to DCC 18.120.020(D).

A.The Planning Director or Hearings Body may require establishment and maintenance of fire breaks, the use of fire resistant materials in construction and landscaping, or may attach other similar conditions or limitations that will serve to reduce fire hazards or prevent the spread of fire to surrounding areas. B. The Planning Director or Hearings Body may limit changes in the existing and natural grade of land, or the alteration, removal, or destruction of natural vegetation in order to prevent or minimize erosion or pollution.
