Newsroom Nightingale Celebrate the Holidays with Purpose: Use Your Nightingale Education Group Give Back Day In the spirit of the season of giving, the Building Community Committee (BCC) encourages all collabor-
ators to give back to their local communities. Nightingale Education Group offers one paid day off a year for collaborators to participate in a “Give Back Day.” These days are a great opportunity to support causes that align with the Core 7 framework whilefostering a sense of wellness and belonging within the Nightingale Community. Volunteering must be done with a 501 (c)(3) organization that aligns with Core 7 values, such as those addressing food or housing insecurity, distribution of essential goods, or providing affordable and accessible health care. For more information on “Give Back Days,” please reach out to a member of the CX function. As our organization continues to grow, we want to encourage everyone to use the Feedback feature in Lattice to share recognition, appreciation, and praise with fellow collaborators. This is a simple yet powerful tool you can use to highlight great work and show appreciation across functions. For anyone unfamiliar, Lattice is a platform that Nightingale Education Group uses for people management and CX performance optimization. One of its key functions is enabling real-time recognition and feedback across the organization, helping us celebrate wins, support each other, and strengthen collaboration.
National Hispanic Heritage Month Held annually from Sept. 15 to Oct. 15 each year, Hispanic Heritage Month is a monthlong U.S. celebration that honors the cultures, histories, and contributions of Americans whose ancestors come from Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central and South America. The celebration begins on Sept. 15 because of the anniversary of independence for several Latin American countries and recognizes the long and rich history, influence, and work of Hispanic and Latino Americans.
