TIPS FOR:

1- Eat healthy: Eating healthy meals during Ramadan is essential. For iftar, ensure you eat plenty of tasty salad greens and vegetables to go with your main meal. 2- Avoid carbonate and fizzy drinks: Avoid carbonated and fizzy drinks as these will dehydrate you very quickly and they don’t have any valuable nutrition vegetables to go with your main meal. 3- Avoid caffeine: Avoid caffeine during suhoor. Caffeine makes you urinate frequently which means you dehydrate quicker. 4- Don't skip sehri: Don't skip Suhoor (pre-dawn meal) As the saying goes, 'breakfast is the most important meal of the day. 5- Stay hydrated: Drink as much water as possible. 6- Keep up a disciplaned prayer: Make sure to keep up a disciplined prayer schedule, and try to structure your day-to-day thoughts around holy things. 7- Engage in amild exercise routine: Though fasting can be physically exhausting, try not to be completely sedentary. If you typically work out during the morning, see how your body feels if you switch exercise to the evening after breaking your fast.
