Center, Easton Area School District, Family Connection of Easton, and ProJeCt of Easton Expanded Partnership work with Allentown School District and Community Services for Children 2 School-Based Health locations in Allentown School District’s Sheridan Elementary and Brigadier General Anna Mae Hays Elementary School 1 New School-Based Health Pilot The Mobile Vision Program provides eye exams and glasses for Allentown School District students 15 Street Medicine partnerships including Ripple Community Inc. and Safe Harbor to not only offer open clinic hours but also address the needs of our unhoused neighbors 40 Veteran Health partnerships including the Veterans Administration (VA) and Disabled American Veterans focus on improving the lives of military veterans 1 new event celebrating Latin culture in the heart of Allentown 2 partnership series launched addressing the social drivers of health
