Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing The building has a mechanical system for heating and cooling that is not original to the building. Restroom facilities are on both levels with an accessible restroom on the lower level. A variety of mop sinks/ paint sinks are within the space for the ceramic studio. A building systems engineer will need to be procured by the city to conduct a thorough analysis to confirm compliance and performance of exiting systems.
Most original lighting has been replaced with new fixtures or modified.
