HAVE YOUR SAY Building on the recently completed Middlesex Centre Transportation Master Plan, the Active Transportation Plan will identify key municipal infrastructure needs over the next 20 years, including sidewalks, trails, and bike lanes. The goal is to boost safety and make it easier for residents of all ages and abilities to navigate their neighbourhoods. Middlesex Centre – Municipal Minute Community Updates from Middlesex Centre Active Transportation Plan – Neighbourhoods in Motion Middlesex Centre is laying the groundwork for a healthier, more connected community with its new Active Transportation Plan. Active transportation means getting around using people- powered methods like walking, biking, skateboarding, and non-motorized wheelchair use – ways that support wellness, sustainability, and accessibility. Your feedback matters as we create the plan! A public survey will launch this fall for you to share ideas and priorities. Whether you’re a daily walker, weekend rider, or simply care about your neighbourhood’s future, your input will help shape a plan that works for everyone.
