2023 Roseblood Blanc AOP Côteaux d’Aix-en-Provence. Sourced from Volcanic slopes (~1,000 feet) benefiting from cold wind and abundant sunshine. Clay, limestone and marl soil. 90% estate fruit, harvested at night to preserve aromatic freshness. Vinified and aged on lees in stainless steel tanks. Complex, mineral and floral AOP Coteaux-d’Aix-en-Provence. 100% estate. 50-year-old vines at 1,300 feet of elevation. 30% aged in oak barrel (10% new) for five months.
