Y ou know there are many kinds of warfare but a new one has sprung up within the last few years and we call it “cold war.” A new termin ology is upon the lips of multitudes of people in this generation. We speak of a limited war, that is one country involved in conflict with another. And now- we speak of World wars and in connection, of course, with World War II, all out war with everyone and everything involved, it’s a tremendous catastrophe. N ow Christians know something about “cold war” for the Bible makes it very, very plain accord-
mg to Ephesians 6 verse 12, “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, ’but against principalities, against powers, against thé rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Again we read in 2nd Corinthians chapter 10 verses 3-6, “For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our war fare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds: ) Casting down imaginations and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ; And having in a readiness to revenge iall disobedi ence, when your obedience is fulfilled.” Now these Scriptures before us rec-
