Created with a gluten-free base, select options of Kate’s granola are also dairy and nut-free. Their Apple Raisin Granola is a popular option, and rather appropriate for the current season. A diabetic, low-sugar option is included on Kate’s menu, made with almond butter and maple syrup. Moreover, ‘My Morning Coffee’ features medium roast and ‘Cafe Mocha’ includes the coffee that Kate sells in-store -- which is also available in bags. Kate herself being gluten-intolerant, has admittedly experienced being in public with friends and seeking something fulfilling on the menu for her to enjoy.
