Taco House Co. Corporation Owner, Aurora Alcocer, delightedly discusses Taco House Co. and their expansion this month with the new Tortilleria as their supplier. Taco House Co. will continue to operate as a restaurant, while the next door unit is their production space for high-quality, gluten-free tortillas -- with options available in retail and for wholesale. Their full menu is gluten-free, with no additives to the meat or conservatives containing wheat and soy. As their clientele come with celiac allergies, Aurora assures that this is a completely safe environment with zero cross-contamination. Their three flavours include tortilla with masa, which is described as the dough that comes directly from the corn. Their non-GMO corn is sourced locally, being high in fibre and gluten-free. A second option is made with corn flour, and another contains cactus and flaxseed -- resulting in a striking green hue.

Seed Confections At Seed Confections on Ross Street, Gen Kroeker continues to present her naturally gluten-free macrons with diverse and ‘rotating’ flavours -- always available in-store. The traditional, French macrons are honoured at Gen’s local business, made with almond flour. As well, they are delighted to offer a dairy and gluten-free option. Visually beautiful with hand-painted detailing on a selection, their menu this season features apple pie, chai and pumpkin spice for your autumnal palette.
