CRITERIA FOR BUDDY SELECTION
1. Company Role Model 2. Have willingness to spend time with New Hires 3. Peer or similar level or roles 4. Good communication skill 5. Positive mindset 6. Well- versed with company’s
standards, systems and business tools (Only for GMs & RMs)
Note: All buddies are required to complete the Buddy Awareness E-Learning prior to their assignment .
