The 105 detached sales in May were up by 98% com- pared to the previous month and were 17% above May of last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 23%, as North Vancouver’s detached segment transitioned to a seller’s market. The detached benchmark price in May was $1.51M—virtually unchanged from last month and 12% below last year. The average sold price was $1.68M in May, down 15% month-over-month and year-over-year.
