The number of condo listings in North Vancouver rose to 423 in May, 4% lower month-over-month but 85% above May 2018. Condo sales jumped to 106, an increase of 66% month-over-month and unchanged year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio rose to 25%, as the condo market for North Vancouver transitioned to seller’s market territory. The condo benchmark price, at $557,100, was 1.8% lower vs last month and 9% lower year-over-year. The average sold price of $665,677 was up 1.0% vs April, while at $762 the average PSF sales price decreased by 4% month-over-month.
