Condo listings in Vancouver West increased to 1,685 in May 2019, 4% below April but 38% higher than in May 2018. Year-over-year condo sales were down by 10% in May (to 320), with month-over-month sales increas- ing by 38%. Increasing to 19%, the sales-to-listings ratio remained in balanced market territory. May’s condo benchmark price of $758,500 was 0.8% lower month-over-month and was 10% below May 2018. The average sold price was $860,232 at an average PSF sales price of $1,001 (down 3% and 1.0%, respectively, month-over-month).
