The number of condo listings in West Vancouver increased 7% between April and May, to 125, and were 49% above May 2018. The 11 condo sales in May were 3 above last month but 10 below last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 9% in May, as condos in West Vancouver remained favourable to buyers. The condo benchmark price was $1.02M in May, 9% below April and a 20% decrease vs last May. The average sold price was $1.42M and the average PSF sales price was $1,104, up 11% and 6%, respec- tively, vs April.
