The number of townhome listings in the Fraser Valley board area increased to 1,451 in May, 7% above last month and 33% higher than last year. At 406, townhome sales were up 7% vs April but 3% below last year. The sales-to-listings ratio, at 28%, remained favour- able to sellers. The benchmark price in May was $522,500, virtu- ally unchanged from last month and 6% below last year. The average sold price was 1.7% lower between April and May, at $572,867, while the average PSF sales price decreased by 0.3% (to $367).
