The sales-to-listings ratio for townhome product in Surrey increased to 28% in May, reflecting seller’s market conditions. The benchmark price in May was $566,600, virtual- ly unchanged from last month and 6% lower than in May 2018. The average sold price was $599,810 (1.0% below April), while the average PSF sales price was $386 (up 0.8% from April).
