The sales-to-listings ratio was unchanged at 30% in May, as Langley’s townhome segment remained in seller’s market territory. The benchmark price in May was $497,900, 1.1% above last month but 6% below last year. The average sold price was $584,128, while the average PSF sales price was $381 (down 0.5% and 0.8%, respectively, from last month).
