The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 26%, as Burnaby East’s townhome market transitioned to seller’s market territory. The benchmark price in May was $656,500, virtu- ally unchanged from the previous month and 9% lower vs May 2018. The average sold price was $662,413 (13% lower than last month) with an average PSF sales price of $551 (5% above last month).
