Ibrahim – محمد أحمد إبراهيم توطئة: ثـِل مشـروع المعجـم الإعلامـي الحديـث، الـذي يُُصـد ِِره مركـز الجزيـرة للدراسـات، � يُُم يـًا في صناعـة معجميـة تحقـق التراكـم المعـرفي الإعلامـي، بوصفهـا � إسـهام ًًا معرف ق ـًا � يـًا عمي � ض ـًا وع � س ـِب المتلقـي أي �ْْ ثـِق الصلـة بمجـال اشـتغاله، ويُُك � يـًا يُُو � وسـيط ًًا علم بـِر بهـا النسـق المعجمـي عـن صيـرورة الظواهـر والقضايـا التـي �ََ بالكيفيـة التـي يُُع يعالجهــا مــن خلال البحــث في أصــول الكلمــات، وتََش ََــك ُُّل المصطلحــات، وبلــورة ق ـًا �ََ المفاهيـم واسـتقصاء تطورهـا التاريخـي. سـيكون هـذا المعجـم الإلكترونـي منط ََل لفهـم الطبيعـة التاريخيـة لمصطلحـات الإعلام، والسـياقات المختلفـة التـي تبلـورت بـِر عنهـا في علاقتهـا بالتحـولات الاجتماعيـة � فيهـا، والقضايـا والإشـكاليات التـي تُُع والسياسـية والفكريـة والفلسـفية، وتأثيرهـا على التفكيـر الإنسـاني في تلـك القضايا، لأن المصطلحــات لا يمكــن عزلهــا عــن هــذه البنــى التــي أنتجتهــا (الاجتماعيــة والتاريخيـة والسياسـية...)، كمـا أن بعـض العمليـات الاجتماعيـة والتاريخيـة تحـدث مـن داخـل المصطلحـات نفسـها. وفي هـذا العـدد، يُُشـارك الدكتـور محمـد أحمـد إبراهيــم بهــذه المادة العلميــة التــي أعد ََّهــا ضمــن سلســلة المعجــم الإعلامــي س ـَاِهًِمًا في بنـاء لبناتـه ومنظومتـه. �ُُ الحديـث م Foreword: Published by Al Jazeera Centre for Studies, the Modern Media Dictionary is an epistemic contribution to the lexical industry that achieves an accumulation of media knowledge as a scientific means of documenting the connection to its field of work, giving readers a deep awareness of how the lexical system expresses the process of phenomena and the issues that it deals with through research on the origins of words, forming vocabulary and concepts, and investigating their historical development. This electronic dictionary will be the starting point for understanding the historical nature of media terminology; the different contexts in which they were formed; the issues and problems that it portrays in its relationship with social, political, intellectual and philosophical transformations; and their effect on human thought on
