What do you do for the Law Offices of DuPont and Blumenstiel? I am an estate planning attorney here at the law firm. My typical work day consists of meeting with clients in person, via Zoom, or on the telephone, whichever the client prefers. Together, we decide which estate documents are needed for their individual situation. I strive to make the things people don’t like to think about — wills, trusts, and other “end of life” documents — simple and easy to understand. Describe your career path before you started working here. I started working here in the fall of 2021. Before that, I worked for a large national insurance company for 14 years. I handled litigation, coverage issues, and compliance. I received my Juris Doctor from
to talk to them, hear their stories, figure out what they need, and then make it happen. I’m also very inspired by volunteers — people who do what needs to be done for no particular gain. Volunteers are willing to take the time to help out a cause, their neighbor, or a loved one. That inspires me to do good work.
