Human Factors is a multidisciplinary science. Our goal is for you to graduate from the M.S. program with the knowledge and skillset to make applications specific to human cognitive, physiological, psychological and biomechanical capabilities and limitations as they relate to operational, design, assessment and research protocols. Offered completely online, Embry-Riddle’s program is designed for both recent college graduates and experienced professionals working in the public and private sectors who have an interest in improving the interaction between humans, machines and systems. Human Factors focuses on enhancing user experience and optimizing human-centric designs in complex sociotechnical systems. It seeks to reduce human error while optimizing performance.
