C layton Sinclair III (Norristown (PA) Alumni 1996) was born September 16, 1970, and entered the chapter invisible on Wednesday, April 26, 2023. His parents were Clayton Sinclair, Jr. and Jeanette Sinclar.

M ichael Warren 1989) entered the Chapter Invisible on June 9, 2022. He was born on June 29, 1947, in Little Rock. Son of Murriel Warren and Grace Lee (Martin) Robinson. Robinson (Little Rock (AR) AL Robinson served in the U.S. Army from 1967 to 1969. He attended Arkansas Baptist College, earning a B.S. degree in 1980. Professionally, Robinson served as assistant director of Safety and Civil Defense, Little Rock, 1973-1975. Sanitation operations officer, 1975-1977, and Chief sanitation operator, since 1977. He was a member of the Active Boys Club Amer- ica. Member of American Public Works Association, and Masons. Brother Michael W. Robinson, Sr., was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Sheila Newsome. He is survived by his wife, Queen E. Robinson;

Brother Clayton had a successful career in public finance before following his passion in DEI. He was proud to share his knowl- edge and experiences on the “Bourbon, Beer and Bold Conversations” podcast he co-founded. While he enjoyed many pursuits, such as his podcast, golf, bourbon, and a good cigar, he loved his family most. Clayton was initiated into Kappa Alpha Psi through the Norristown

(PA) Alumni Chapter and was active in the Stone Mountain-Lithonia (GA) Alumni Chapter, serving as Polemarch from 1998-2000. Sinclair III is survived by his wife Nicole (neé Little), son Clayton IV. He was born and raised in Atlanta, GA, and was a 1992 magna cum laude graduate of Howard University. He later earned his MBA from the Wharton School of Business. ♦
