Morlot G. Williams 1944-2022 Educator and Corporate Trainer T he Waukegan (IL) Alumni Chapter mourns the loss of
the Plano Crisis Center. Reedy Macque’s dedication to the legal profession and his community service left an indelible mark, making him a highly regarded figure in Dallas and beyond. Brother Spigner was a distinguished Municipal Judge in Princeton, TX and Balch Springs, TX. At the time of his transition, Spigner held the esteemed position of IV-D Associate Judge for the First Admin- istrative Judicial Region of the State of Texas, a tes- tament to his unwavering commitment to justice. Beyond his professional accomplishments, he remained a beacon gen- erosity and compassion. Spigner’s unwavering support for the Southern University Alumni Feder- ation was felt through his consistent financial dona- tions and his assistance to students in need. A Life Member of Kappa
Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., Brother Spigner was an active and financial member of the Dallas (TX) Alumni Chapter. Brother Spigner is preceded in death by his beloved mother (Genieva Lloyd Spigner), father (Reedy Mack Spigner, Sr.), step-grandmother (Caroline Star Green), and stepmother (Catherine Neal Spigner). Left to cherish his memory are his devoted wife of 53 years, Mrs. James Murphy Spigner, his two children Reedy Macque III (Dallas (TX) AL 1995) and April Danielle, whom he cher- ished more that words can express, grandchildren, Brandon Avery Spigner and Emily Elaine Spigner and a host of cherished family and friends who carry his beacon of love and warmth that bright- ens their lives and brings comfort. ♦
Morlot G. Williams (Epsilon Eta, 1966) who transitioned to the Chapter Invisible on May 10, 2023. On Novem- ber 30, 1944, he was born in Hannibal, MO to the late Otis L. Williams Sr. and Vir- ginia Williams. He attended Hannibal Public Schools and graduated from Hannibal High School, Hannibal, MO in 1962.
