Jwyanza is married to Dawn Finley Watt. They currently reside in Plano Texas and have three teenage sons: Jaden, Dillon, and Bryson. JUSTIN I. NAVE Undergraduate Grand Board Member Brother Nave is a second year Mechan- ical Engineering student at Mississippi State University. He is from Houston, Texas, but now resides in Clinton, Mississippi with his parents and three other siblings. Justin was initiated into the Mis- sissippi State University Chapter, the Eta Upsilon of Kappa Alpha Psi, in the Spring of 2022. He currently serves the chapter as the Director of Community Service. In addition, he is also a Fellow of the 2022 Undergraduate Leadership Institute Kappa Klass. Aside from his active involvement in the Fraternity, He is a mentor through the Brickfire Mentoring Project and a volunteer basketball coach in the com- munity of Starkville. He is also a part of various student organizations, honor societies, and vocal in the church. Furthermore, he is community service oriented and organizes tutoring, fundraising, and mentorship programs through fraternity partnerships and campus lead events. Justin approaches all experiences of life with the scripture 2 Corinthians 5:7 “we live by faith not by sight.” AMARI M. VENZOR Undergraduate Grand Board Member A native Houstonian who is cur- rently a Sophomore at Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA, where he is a Global Fellow and Member of the

Outside of his work with Kappa Alpha Psi, Brother Watt has had a successful career at AT&T, where he currently works as the Assistant VP of Global Billing Resolution. In his role, he has a team of over six hundred members and responsi- ble for $700M in disbursements. He primarily focuses on business transformation through operational and quality improvements, and his ‘inspect what you expect’ approach to leadership has assisted him in his early career successes. More recently, he was recognized for his DEI, with a diamond award from the Not Alone Foundation. Also, in 2021, Brother Watt was awarded the ‘Modern Day Technology Award’ from the Black Engineer of the Year Association. Jwyanza has a 6-sigma Black Belt certification, which he earned while working at General Motors in pro- duction and logistics.
Beta Omega Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. Amari’s love for the arts, as well as service, enhance his academic life. His passion for acting, singing, and public speaking has propelled him to new heights over the last few years. At the young age of 19 years old, this young talent has inspired countless individuals. He was bestowed a proclamation from the city of Houston recognizing his outstanding motivational and oratorical achievements. At the Top Teens of America Syn-Lod confer- ence in 2019, he was elected National President of Top Teens of America. At the Top Teens of America Area I Conference in 2020, Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner bestowed an award of recognition for all of Amari’s various academic and extracurricular accomplishments. He is a triple gold medalist in the NAACP ACT-SO competition for Filmmaking, Oratory and Entrepreneurship and has been competing since 2018. He is also the author of his own Lifestyle and Etiquette Book that guides youth and
