We know that when people first hear they’re attending an improv workshop, many feel a little anxious. “I’m not funny.” “Please don’t make me go on stage.” “This isn’t for me.” We hear those thoughts all the time. And then something changes. Very quickly, people start showing up for one another, laughter replaces hesitation, and the room begins to feel a little more open, connected, and collaborative.
