Chaston (who also goes by Chase) grew up in West Jordan, Utah. As an avid football fan, Chase played high school football. It was during this time that Chase was exposed to Physical Therapy and grew to love the profession. After graduating from the University of Utah, he and his wife traveled to Des Moines, Iowa to obtain his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Chase specializes in Orthopedic, Neurologic, and Sports related injuries and conditions with aspirations to obtain his Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification.
