Hydro Plant • Hydro 30 years license for Denmark is DKK 50,000,000.00 • With the license rights, the licensee can set up any numbers of the hydro plant with two ways: • Licensee pay DKK 3,283,144.00 for rights to system specifications, drawing, electrical installation, Pelton turbine, and Pryter Impeller and set up the system according to ElQuator’s design or • Licensee can buy a complete system with the price of DKK 11,150,870.02 per one MWh • Royalty for every kilowatt-hour is DKK 0.12. The price includes service and maintenance and insurance • Electricity sold (estimated) at the price of DKK 0.2967 per kilowatt-hour • Selling power sample calculation for 1000MW: 1000MW x 24 hours a day = 24,000,000 kilowatt-hour a day 24,000,000 x 30 days a month = 720,000,000 kilowatt-hour a month 720,000,000 x DKK 0.2967 = DKK 213,624,000.00 a month • Service and maintenance and royalty paid to licensor: 720,000,000 kilowatt-hour x DKK 0.12 = DKK 86,400,000.00 a month • Licensee’s net profit: DKK 213,624,000.00 - DKK 86,400,000.00 = DKK 127,224,000.00 a month • System’s cost for 1000MW: 1000 plant x DKK 11,150,870.02 = DKK 11,150,870,020.00
