2. Once you have labelled your photograph, apply your skills to answer the following questions: a. Name two activities that you can see. b. What is the wooden fence–type structure? c. What time in the day might it be? d. What are the weather conditions? e. Give evidence to support the idea that beaches are an important place for people to visit. 8.12.1 Tell me What are diagrams?
A diagram is a graphic representation that shows elements in a landscape and their relationships. In geography, diagrams like the water cycle (see FIGURE1 ) use annotations to explain aspects of the illustration. Interpreting diagrams means examining both visual and text elements to understand the information presented.
